      Our vintage-inspired jewelry is selling like hotcakes! Customers that typically purchase sterling silver and gold-filled jewelry are now filling their store shelves and jewelry boxes with our vintage-inspired, brass jewelry.   Perhaps our customers are buying brass as an alternative to higher-priced silver and gold jewelry or maybe it's just a desire to try something new.  Regardless of the reason, both retail and wholesale customers are filling their shopping carts with vintage-inspired jewelry.

I Found Inspiration Right Under My Feet

As an artist, I get inspiration from many people, places and things. Carpets and wall paper have patterns, colors and textures that inspire me when I am designing jewelry. Usually, when I spot a carpet or wallpaper that has an intriguing pattern of swirls and curls, the first thing I think about is how I can sculpt a piece of wire to reflect the essence of the pattern.

I was intrigued by this particular carpet because it reminded me of some of my existing designs. Which of the curves and lines would you select from the carpet above to be made into a pair earrings? Here are a few of my favorites:

Spring Has Sprung

I am so excited about spring. It is getting dark a little later, the birds are singing and I spotted a butterfly a few mornings ago.

Shaw Temple A.M.E. Zion Church - International Festival 2010

International Month 2010 at Shaw Temple will culminate in an International Festival where there will be free food, music and entertainment from around the world. Pam Branch Designs is proud to be one of the vendors at this annual event. The designer will exhibit her handmade jewelry, which is currently being sold in 65 gift stores and boutiques. Ethnic-inpired jewelry from her Juanita's Journey collection will be featured as well as new afrocentric jewelry.
